ADNET Systems Inc is looking for two Senior Scientific Software Developers that will continue to develop a just-in-time science processing engine called SlideRule that is deployed into the GSFC/Code 606 SMCE cloud environment, and uses web-based Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to provide customized science data products to science end users. The funded project will target the ICESat-2 and GEDI science communities.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with 7+ years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Scientific Computing, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in geospatial data processing and raster sampling, working extensively with GDAL and related C++ tools and libraries.
• Experience developing software for high-performance computing.
• Experience with software development life-cycle.
• Experience with Linux, C/C++, Python, Cloud Computing Services – Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Web application development.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (LPR) required, with US residency for the past 3 consecutive years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Investigation through NASA.
