The candidate will support the Exoplanet Modeling and Analysis Center (EMAC) within Goddard’s Planetary Systems Lab to develop web-accessible portals for exoplanet modeling software, including atmospheric radiative transfer software, planetary atmosphere chemistry models, and stellar interaction models. The candidate will help design the overall model input web page layout for each software tool and will modify web page templates written in HTML, Javascript and PHP to interface with existing Python modeling software.


Coursework or 1+ years experience in HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and Python
Must be US citizen or Permanent Resident

Coursework or 1+ years experience with CSS or Django
Experience writing Linux shell scripts
Experience with virtual machines, distributed computing, or cloud computing
